About the role
We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-focused Operations Manager to work closely with the SDP and VBU leadership to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes. The role will act as the execution and planning arm of the SDP , combining operational governance, special-project ownership, business and workforce planning, and leadership follow-through across the VBU.
What you'll do
- Drive annual, quarterly and monthly operating plans aligned with VBU priorities
- Establish governance across delivery, workforce, quality, productivity, capability and operational excellence
- Build executive dashboards covering KPIs, milestones, risks, dependencies and actions
- Identify operational risks and bottlenecks early and drive resolution
- Establish a disciplined Plan → Review → Act → Close operating rhythm
