About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Operations & PMO professional with 7-8 years of experience in project governance, financial operations, and program management support. The role will be responsible for ensuring project financial hygiene, revenue tracking, compliance, project setup, and operational excellence across customer and internal stakeholder engagements.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end project operational and PMO activities for a customer engagement
- Drive project and program governance, ensuring compliance with organizational processes and controls
- Perform work order analysis, PO/SOW validation, coverage checks, and project creation activities in enterprise systems
- Monitor and drive timesheet compliance , resource allocation tracking, and effort governance
- Invoicing support and governance
