What you'll do
- Administer and manage the Cornerstone On Demand (CSOD) LMS , including course creation, learning assignments, curricula, certifications, user access management
- Handle, troubleshoot, and resolve LMS-related support tickets within defined SLAs, ensuring a seamless learner and administrator experience
- Monitor learning activities, track completion data, generate reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Maintain training records, learning transcripts, certifications, and system data integrity to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support content deployment, communication campaigns, and the creation/editing of learning and training videos as required
