About the role
The Principal Engineer - IT will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, automation, and governance of Microsoft 365 and Identity platforms across the enterprise. This role will serve as a technical lead for Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and Microsoft 365 automation initiatives.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Copilot
- Lead Microsoft Entra ID administration, Identity Governance, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Conditional Access, and authentication services
- Configure, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and related cloud services in accordance with security and compliance requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and cloud-native technologies to improve operational efficiency and scalability
- Implement automation frameworks for identity, access management, reporting, provisioning, and administrative processes
