About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled IAM professional to manage advanced access management operations and support critical business applications. This role requires strong ownership of access lifecycle processes, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end access lifecycle including provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning across multiple systems
- Handle complex access requests, approvals, and escalations with minimal supervision
- Ensure timely resolution of ServiceNow tickets in line with SLAs and quality standards
- Perform detailed access reviews, audit validations, and remediation tracking
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and application owners for role alignment and governance
