About the role
The Employee Relations Lead is responsible for managing employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and performance improvement cases at the designated site. This role ensures that all employee relations activities are handled in a fair, consistent, and legally compliant manner. Thie role will also be accountable for conceptualizing and leading multiple initiatives keeping in mind the changing needs of the organization.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances
- Conduct thorough investigations into grievances in a timely manner
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve grievances
- Maintain detailed records of all grievance cases and outcomes
- Manage the disciplinary process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
