About the role
This role is designed to undertake project management and governance of Talent & Learning initiatives. It requires an excellent program coordinator who’s organized and detail-oriented, good in data management, comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders across levels. Experience managing projects with competing priorities is strongly preferred.
What you'll do
- Ensure smooth project execution by monitoring and auditing key tasks across Talent & Learning initiatives and projects
- Build and maintain successful partnerships with Talent & Learning team, HR stakeholders and key business sponsors
- Maintain and track Talent & Learning Budget Liaison with Talent & Learning SMEs and Finance team to ensure accurate monitoring
- Act as Learning partner for specified business units
- Lead and manage special projects in Talent & Organization Development as needed
