What you'll do
- Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights and workforce recommendations
- Analyze workforce trends, including headcount, attrition, hiring, productivity, and talent outcomes
- Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics models to identify risks and recommend actions
- Design and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and workforce analytics reports
- Lead strategic workforce planning through forecasting, scenario modeling, and capacity planning
