About the role
As an Implementation & Configuration Specialist (ICS), you will be responsible for all technical configuration tasks that support the implementation of Radancy’s digital solutions. This role is designed to centralize and streamline configuration activities, allowing Digital Project Managers to focus on core project management duties.
What you'll do

- Manages customer domain and SSL setup processes
- Executes translation, asset, and copy updates within CMS and related platforms
- Builds and configures CMS pages, including URL redirects and SS page migrations
