About the role
Undertake electrical systems design, predominantly for building projects, including but not limited to MV and LV power systems, normal & emergency lighting systems, earthing & lightning protection systems, fire alarm and life safety systems, ICT, security systems and other ELV systems. To include preparation and delivery of design layouts, schematics, calculations, reports and specification from concept to tender design.
What you'll do
- Support for conducting primary technical reviews on design deliverables related to electrical system design
- Assist to Senior Engineer for space planning, report and preliminary calculations during concept design stage
- Provide electrical engineering technical support and engage personally where required to successfully enable Local Authorities’ approvals on all projects
- Evaluate and advise to lead/senior engineer on electrical related design changes to ensure change management
- Ensure to follow QA/QC procedures in the projects
