About the role
Lead Payroll Governance - Oversee end-to-end payroll operations and designated overseas operations, including twice-monthly payroll processing, payroll reviews, reconciliations, employee settlements and timely payment of payroll-related statutory liabilities. New labour code knowledge would be added advantage.
What you'll do
- Lead Payroll Governance - Oversee end-to-end payroll operations and designated overseas
- Manage Direct and Indirect Tax Compliance - Own the tax compliance framework , including
- Lead Transfer Pricing and APA Compliance - Manage transfer pricing requirements including intercompany
- Oversee STPI & RBI and Export Regulatory Compliance - Manage STPI/Non-STPI, RBI and SOFTEX-related
- Maintain Financial Controls and Audit Readiness - Establish and maintain effective controls, reconciliations
