What you'll do
- Design, implement, and maintain advanced automation systems tailored for complex extrusion production lines
- Lead the integration of new technologies to enhance production manufacturing output and process consistency
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks in existing automation frameworks to minimize downtime and improve throughput
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop long-term automation strategies and roadmaps
- Conduct regular performance audits of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with internal quality standards
