Cluster Manager - Pharmaceuticals We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Cluster Manager to lead our pharmaceutical sales operations in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving zonal business performance, executing strategic plans, and delivering sustained revenue growth within the pharmaceutical market.
What you'll do
- Own and deliver zonal sales targets and business KPIs
- Lead, coach, and drive the performance of Regional Managers and field teams
- Execute business plans, promotional strategies, and market expansion initiatives
- Track sales performance; generate insights and implement corrective actions
