What you'll do
- Sales & Target Achievement Deliver individual and boutique sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Guide clients through the collection, articulating brand heritage, movement complications, craft, and value propositions
- Close sales effectively while maintaining luxury brand standards and pricing policies
- Client Relationship Management (Clienteling) Build, develop, and maintain a personal client portfolio of Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) and watch collectors
- Engage in proactive outreach: invitations to private previews, novelties launches, and personalized milestone gifting
