About the role

Review candidate records to identify potential duplicates across recruiting systems. Research and validate candidate information to determine whether records should be merged, updated, or retained separately. Execute candidate-record merges accurately and consistently in accordance with established data-governance standards.

What you'll do

• Maintain detailed documentation of duplicate-resolution decisions and recurring data-quality issues
• Monitor duplicate trends and provide reporting on record volumes, resolution time, and data-quality outcomes
• Identify opportunities to improve duplicate-detection workflows, merge processes, and data-quality controls
• Support system testing, process documentation, special projects, and other recruiting-operations initiatives as needed
