About the role

Job Title- Import Export Coordinator ( Exim Associate ) To coordinate and monitored the shipment of goods to ensure timely delivery. Prepared reports summarizing import and export activity for management. To update GIT and circulate weekly internal customers regarding arrival of parts. To Maintained detailed records of all imported and exported products.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and monitored the shipment of goods to ensure timely delivery
• Update GIT and circulate weekly internal customers regarding arrival of parts
• Coordinate with internal departments such as purchasing, accounting, logistics in order to facilitate import and export operations
• Prepare export related paperwork for export shipment (Invoice, PL, COO, Comet)
• Make Ensured proper documentation was completed prior to customs clearance of shipments at ports of entry or exit
