Procurement Specialist Position: Procurement Specialist About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end operational procurement, sourcing, and supply chain compliance for complex engineering projects and operations. This role is responsible for driving timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of engineering goods and services within a global industrial framework.
What you'll do
- Procurement Operations & Order Management Oversee the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle in SAP/ERP-including PO creation, release management, delivery tracking
- Ensure on-time delivery of critical engineering materials and services through rigorous, proactive supplier follow-up
- Handle invoice verification and collaborate with Finance to resolve quantity, pricing, and terms discrepancies
- Sourcing & Supplier Management Support Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes, commercial evaluations, supplier negotiations, and contract execution
- Serve as the primary operational liaison for suppliers, facilitating smooth onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship management
