Inventory Manager

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day inventory operations. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with physical inventory as well as Excel/Google Sheets and inventory or ERP systems.

What you'll do

• Stock Analysis : Regularly analyse inventory levels, consolidate stock data and ensure accuracy by identifying and resolving any discrepancies
• Inward & Outward :Manage and verify goods received from vendors and ensure accurate quantity, SKU, product and quality checks before stock is entered into the system
• Stock Reconciliation :Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records. Identify and investigate discrepancies
• Returns & ; Damages :Maintain records of returns, damaged products, production rejects and write-offs and ensure appropriate stock adjustments
• Reporting :Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports covering stock levels, movement, discrepancies, ageing and availability
