About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to spearhead our Ventilation Division. In this pivotal role, you will hold national responsibility for managing and enhancing our sales performance, acting in alignment with both our German parent company's global strategy and our regional APAC goals.
What you'll do
- Provide day-to-day management of the National Sales team in the Ventilation sector
- Determine turnover and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing market trends
- Establish ambitious sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual quotas for regions and territories
- Execute national sales programs through the development of structured field sales action plans
- Monitor sales volume, product mix, and pricing by staying ahead of supply and demand, economic indicators, and competitor activity
