About the role
Brand Partnerships & SKU SourcingHSR Layout, Bengaluru (on-site) Full-time, individual contributor · 3-5 years· Reports to: Head of Supply Chain Own the brands we buy from, the SKUs we stock, and the data that tracks both. You are the single point of contact for your brand portfolio, you decide what gets bought at SKU level, and you keep the numbers clean enough that Finance and Category trust them without checking.
What you'll do
- Own the brands we buy from, the SKUs we stock, and the data that tracks both
- Negotiate and renew annual terms: margin, trade schemes, credit period, MOQ, returns and expiry, marketing support
- Run monthly business reviews with each brand; onboard new brands end to end
- Plan at SKU level, not category level - rate of sale, margin, shelf life, stock cover
- Own the SKU master: codes, pack sizes, barcodes, MRP, landed cost, HSN, brand mapping
