About the role
Conduct oral health examinations and screenings. Identify symptoms indicative of oral and other head and neck cancers. Collect relevant client histories and document findings accurately. Provide health education on oral hygiene, risk factors, and the importance of early detection. Contact and refer screen positive or advanced cases to appropriate medical or dental specialists for further evaluation.
