Sales Coordinator - Customer Order Desk (Pre-Order)
What you'll do
- Make regular outbound calls to existing customers and generate repeat orders
- Handle customer enquiries understand requirements and coordinate quotations
- Follow up with customers and ensure orders are booked on time
- Coordinate with field/office sales teams for customer visits and technical queries
- Maintain customer follow-up records and update ERP/CRM daily
