About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in SAP to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchase documentation.
What you'll do
- Handle end-to-end procurement process including PR to PO cycle
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and timely delivery
- Maintain vendor database and evaluate vendor performance
- Ensure timely follow-up on material delivery and resolve discrepancies
