About the role
The Procurement & Expediting Specialist is responsible for executing the complete operational procurement cycle-from initial sourcing inquiries to final invoice reconciliation. This role ensures that all materials and services are procured in strict accordance with project budgets, technical specifications, quality standards, and corporate governance procedures, while maintaining exceptional supplier relationships.

- Purchase Order (PO) Management & Compliance PO Creation: Generate Purchase Orders within the ERP system strictly adhering to project budgets and operational procedures
- Supplier Management & Expediting Order Acknowledgement: Actively expedite and secure official Order Acknowledgements from suppliers post-PO issuance
- Logistics, Warehousing & Finance Coordination Logistics Liaison: Coordinate with internal and external logistics providers to arrange seamless material transportation
