What you'll do
- Plan, create, and manage spare parts orders based on requests from APAC countries
- Coordinate spare parts' ordering end-to-end from order creation, processing, shipment and delivery
- Track and manage backorders across APAC, get allocation from source and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Liaise with source to understand supply shortages and expected availability timelines
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders on backorder status and expected fulfillment dates
