About the role
The Supply Planner plays a pivotal role in optimizing inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and driving supply chain operational excellence. By acting as the bridge between demand forecasts, suppliers, internal departments, and logistics operations, you will translate strategic demand plans into efficient purchase and inventory execution.
What you'll do
- Supply Planning & Inventory Management
- Translate sales/demand forecasts into viable purchase and inventory strategies
- Validate Supply Value Plans and Demand-over-Capacity models alongside Demand Analysts
- Monitor stock targets, analyze Inventory Quality Reports (IQR), and redistribute excess stock across regional warehouses
- Identify slow or non-moving inventory and implement corrective actions (e.g., repacking, promotions, disposition)
