- Provide feedback to employees regularly, including Performance Appraisal Process meeting
- Ensure that all T&E costs are expensed from the correct general ledgers in appropriate periods
- Ensure all accounts in T&E Team scope are reconciled for the end of the month and proper controls reported in the system
- Ensure accurate and timely month end processing
- Making sure all T&E outstanding transactions are reviewed regularly
