About the role
We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to design and develop engaging, learner-centric digital learning experiences. The role involves translating business and learning requirements into structured learning solutions, developing interactive and gamified learning content, and collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver effective training experiences.
What you'll do
- Design learner-centric learning solutions aligned with business and learning objectives across digital, instructor-led, virtual, and blended formats
- Develop learning content and assets, including storyboards, scripts, learning flows, assessments, activities, scenarios, and knowledge checks
- Design gamified and interactive learning modules using simulations, challenges, branching scenarios, and other engagement-driven learning elements
- Develop and refine digital learning using Articulate Storyline/Rise, PowerPoint, Canva, and similar authoring tools
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate content, incorporate feedback, and deliver projects within defined timelines
