About the role
) To implement Service Policy at dealerships. Improve dealer operations and systems/processes to meet customer satisfaction. Dealers visit, review & improve CSI through process systems for dealer profitability & customer satisfaction. Carry out warranty audit/ DEP audit and ensure cost control as well dealership enhancement.
What you'll do
- Improve dealer operations and systems/processes to meet customer satisfaction
- Support monitor dealers in the CSI activity in the region
- Monitor workshop upgradation plans for the region for better CSI
- Identify training needs for the dealer staff
