Transport Executive

About the role

Manage daily employee transport operations to ensure timely, safe, and reliable pickups and drop-offs. Use TMS for roster uploads, route planning, trip creation, vehicle allocation, monitoring, and recordkeeping. Track live operations, resolve delays or no-shows, and coordinate with vendors and drivers on corrective actions.

What you'll do

• Manage daily employee transport operations to ensure timely, safe, and reliable pickups and drop-offs
• Use TMS for roster uploads, route planning, trip creation, vehicle allocation, monitoring, and recordkeeping
• Track live operations, resolve delays or no-shows, and coordinate with vendors and drivers on corrective actions
• Oversee vendor performance, safety, compliance, audits, and recurring issue resolution through CAPA and SLA reviews
• Handle employee queries, billing validation, and MIS reporting on transport performance, costs, complaints, and utilization
