About the role
Process and secure bookings for non-air products, including global hotels, rail, car rentals, and ferry services based on partner requests. Monitor, action, and manage incoming booking queues and support tickets within strict organizational SLAs. Liaise directly with global hoteliers, wholesalers, and transport providers to execute modifications, processing cancellations, or handle booking amendments.
