About the role
The Warehouse Manager - Warehouse Operations will act as the overall Shift In-Charge and will be responsible for smooth end-to-end warehouse operations during the assigned shift. The position will coordinate and control all operational functions: Inbound → Putaway → Inventory → Replenishment → Picking → Dispatch
What you'll do
- Take complete ownership of warehouse operations during the assigned shift
- Conduct proper shift handover/takeover with the previous and next Shift Manager
- Review pending workload, manpower availability, equipment status and operational priorities at the beginning of every shift
- Conduct pre-shift briefing/KYT with department teams
- Ensure all departments start operations as per scheduled shift timing
