We are looking for a results-driven Google & Meta Ads Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in lead generation, performance marketing, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and analytics, with a focus on maximizing ROI and generating quality leads.
What you'll do
- ### 1. Google Ads Management
- Plan, create, and manage Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Optimize bidding strategies, ad copies, and landing pages to improve conversions
- Manage campaign budgets and monitor cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
