APAC Project Planner

The energy transition needs people who can see the full picture — and keep complex, multi-phase projects on track from the first milestone to the final handover. As a Project Planner at GE Vernova, you will be at the heart of project execution across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, turning project scope into structured schedules that engineering, procurement, and construction teams can actually work to.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with scope, milestones, and contractual requirements, including baseline schedules
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules, identify critical path impacts and schedule slippages, and recommend corrective and recovery actions
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, site execution, and commissioning teams to gather progress updates and maintain accurate, current schedules
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, catch-up plans, and recovery schedules; support project management in forecasting completion timelines and surfacing planning-related risks
• Generate periodic progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and milestone tracking reports to support project review meetings and decision-making
