About the role
The Project Construction Operations & ITO Support Manager is responsible for supporting construction project execution and leading tendering support activities to ensure competitive, accurate, and timely bid submissions. This role bridges project delivery, construction operations, commercial coordination, and proposal development.

- Support planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities across assigned projects
