About the role
The KPO Lean Leader, within the Power Business Operations Center of Excellence, will partner with assigned functions to deploy Lean practices that improve execution, process effectiveness, and business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Partner with assigned function leaders to translate business priorities, Hoshin objectives, maturity gaps
- Lead or support the development, maintenance, prioritization, review, and execution of functional Lean Roadmaps, including follow-up and sustainment of results
- Plan and facilitate kaizen events, value stream mapping, process mapping, structured problem solving, standard work, PDCA, and other Lean improvement activities
- Coach action owners through implementation, barrier removal, sustainment, and closure to ensure improvements translate into measurable outcomes
- Support Hoshin deployment by connecting strategic priorities, breakthrough objectives, KPIs, Lean Roadmaps, and improvement actions
