About the role
Responsible for Basic and Detailed Design of DCS/Scada for Grid Automation Projects based on inputs received from respective Regions. Hold teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks in their work, leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity. Responsible for Performance Appraisal, People growth & Talent Retention for their team members.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop operational teams for respective Region across the Globe
- Responsible for Basic and Detailed Design of DCS/Scada for Grid Automation Projects based on inputs received from respective Regions
- Support the deployment of world-class processes, practices, methods and harmonized tools for engineering supported by Grid Automation Global Operations
- Lead technical teams comprising of GE Internal members as well as Contractors to coordinate day-to-day execution as per plan along with Platform setup
- Responsible for Performance Appraisal, People growth & Talent Retention for their team members
