About the role
Responsible for the operational performance of Grid Automation for the execution phase (OTR) of Global projects and associated services including highest degree of Safety, good quality, timely delivery and customer satisfaction in full compliance with GE Vernova Way.
What you'll do
- Responsible for Basic and Detailed Design of DCS/Scada for Grid Automation Projects based on inputs received from respective Regions
- Support the deployment of world-class processes, practices, methods and harmonized tools for engineering supported by Grid Automation Global Operations
- Lead technical teams comprising of GE Internal members as well as Contractors to coordinate day-to-day execution as per plan along with Platform setup
- Hold teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks in their work, leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity
- Responsible for Performance Appraisal, People growth & Talent Retention for their team members
