About the role
The Electrification Supply Quality Leader role is responsible for owning and governing the Supply Quality standard across GE Vernova's Electrification Segment, ensuring supplier qualification, performance, and non-conformity management processes are robust, consistent, and aligned with segment priorities.
What you'll do
- Ensure Supply Quality policies are deployed effectively and kept current with business and sourcing requirements and priorities
- Own the scorecard architecture, defining common KPIs and data sources, and lead continuous improvements within Quality Suite
- Own segment-level reporting on supplier Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ), recovery dollars, top Pareto issues, and associated improvement plans
- Ensure Supply Quality KPIs remain relevant from a central, Product Line, and local standpoint, implementing new metrics as needed
- Establish regular operating reviews and governance forums to track suppliers performance and resolve across Electrification
