What you'll do
- Perform technical analysis related to power electronic and power systems control of renewable generation, battery energy storage systems, large industrial drives
- Support customers with power systems engineering expertise; including modeling, analysis, equipment design and specification, and failure mode analysis
- Create, modify and parametrize simulation models representing electrical equipment like gas turbines, wind turbines, solar inverters
- Perform power system planning studies, renewable integration studies, feasibility studies for HVDC and FACTS, Energy Storage etc. for large utility systems
- Perform Grid Code Compliance studies and field testing for connection of generation equipment (Conventional or renewable) to Grid
