About the role
This role will be working with product, business, and technology leaders to focus on solving the right problems, in the right way, at the right time using LEAN methodologies. This includes understanding business requirements working the technical resources on application design, troubleshooting, performing root causes analysis, testing, and end-user support.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements
- Collaborate with business group members to ensure the full end-to-end business process will function and meet business requirements within the project scope
- Recommend improvements to, or new requirements for, business processes and operational procedures
- Conduct research on PLM module functionalities and changes (User groups, Product Support Documentation etc.)
- Create documentation (business rules, as is/to be flows, requirements, data configuration, use cases, functional specs, testing forms etc.)
