About the role
We are seeking an experienced Engineer to support the Heavy Duty (HD) Steam Turbine (ST) and Generator (GEN) Inquiry to Remittance (ITR) process within the Agile value stream of the Services business. This role serves as the primary Agile team focal point for standardized, small, and quick-turn opportunities and projects, ensuring customer needs are translated into technically sound, executable solutions.
What you'll do
- Own assigned ITR opportunities and projects across the full lifecycle (inquiry, order, outage execution), managing technical analysis, scope definition, scheduling
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned opportunities with interfacing teams (commercial operations, sales, sourcing, material management, project management
- Deliver technical execution with quality and timeliness, ensuring alignment with company best practices and customer expectations
- Escalate/consult with experienced team members or Technical Leader on complex issues and drive them to closure
- Collaborate to balance team workload, support process execution, and identify opportunities for improvement
