What you'll do
- Conduct power electronics research, including modeling, simulation, design, and testing of electrical components and systems
- Simulate and analyze electrical systems involving power converters, transformers, filters, grid, electromechanical systems, renewable and conventional generation
- Develop algorithms for power conversion systems, including control, monitoring
- Lead programs to meet business objectives, manage execution, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely deliverables
- Represent research through written and oral presentations to business customers and at technical conferences
