Principal Engineer Commercial & Services

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer to lead the technical design, architecture, and delivery of our Commercial & Services solutions across our global industrial operations. This role is the technical backbone of our Commercial & Services digitalization and defines the optimization of the strategy for the business function, ensuring our production systems and platforms are engineered for scalability, reliability, and innovation.

What you'll do

• Define and own the technical architecture, standards, and engineering roadmap for Commercial and Services systems
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of commercial and services solutions including CRM (Salesforce), Commerce (Salesforce), CPQ (Conga)
• Architect and oversee integration patterns and data flows across commercial systems and services systems
• Partner with commercial and services operational technology teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, robust technical solutions
• Support the Commercial and Services transformation programs technical perspective, ensuring cybersecurity
