About the role
This Product Definition Engineer job is for Heavey Duty New Unit piping team. They are expected to lead Core project tasks with medium difficulty. They should use lessons learnt to continually improve standard work. They should use SQDC prioritization mindset. They are expected to have a fair understanding and knowledge of Systems, and ITR processes.
What you'll do
- Executing PDE scope for Gas, Steam and Generator Accessories to deliver 3D piping designs and skids arrangement drawings
- Ensure all interface and interference characteristics between components are established and agreed upon by the designers of interfacing systems
- Proactively and effectively communicate progress, status, risk, needed inputs and target release dates to stakeholders
- Participate in weekly scrum meetings with Engineering counter parts to plan for four-week look ahead and work with prioritization
- Follow Daily management rigor within the team to ensure timely delivery of tasks
