Senior Director, India Global Delivery Center (GDC) - Services Leader
What you'll do
- Lead the continued buildout of the India GDC Services team, ensuring alignment with business objectives while driving project delivery excellence across all regions
- Monitor key delivery metrics, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements to enhance India GDC and global services performance
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Lean principles, while collaborating closely with multiple GEV stakeholders
- Manage the GDC India demand planning processes in collaboration with the Service Line Leaders, Regional Portfolios and Services Operations teams
- Partner with vendors to expand skill or innovation capabilities to meet project requirements
