About the role
The Senior Electrical System Integration Leader is a key person for successful, high quality new product execution. He/She posses technical accountability and cross-functional leadership for the electrical system of multiple wind turbine platforms. Will lead product development projects, from business requirement definition and technical trade-offs to prototype installation and serial production.
What you'll do
- Leading: Component and system design lifecycle leader of the sub-system
- Drive should-cost assessments and support cost optimization efforts with suppliers to meet component cost targets at sub-system level
- Communicate design details and technical recommendations to senior leadership
- Ensure lessons learned are promptly incorporated into design
- Perform Engineering Excellence and provide innovative design solutions to deliver world class in Safety and Quality
