What you'll do
- Champion design excellence, safety compliance, and mentor the next generation of engineers while actively contributing to global industry standards
- Serve as a designated technical authority and approver for critical design reviews, risk assessments, and Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA)
- Act as the primary technical anchor for critical decision-making regarding complex electro-mechanical interactions within HVDC valve systems
- Testing, Quality, & EHS Excellence
- Translate and communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders, executive leadership, and external customers
