About the role
As a Senior Engineer - Power Systems, you will enable energy transition through research and development work across GE Vernova Electrification, Renewables and Power businesses. You will lead and contribute technically to R&D programs, technology and product roadmaps that define the disruptive future of GE Vernova’s electrical and grid technologies.
What you'll do
- Work with engineering, product and service leaders across GE Vernova to identify electrical and grid technology needs
- Work with researchers across GE Vernova Advanced Research center to identify technology trends with disruption potential for GE Vernova
- Identify strategic partners and create an electrical systems technology roadmap
- Work with business partners to define strategy and then lead and contribute to drive breakthrough impact to GE Vernova businesses
- Build a robust portfolio of Research programs to drive the Electrification strategy for GE Vernova with programs in engineering across GE Vernova
