Technical Writer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Writer to support the creation and maintenance of clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn technical products, tools, and documentation processes.

What you'll do

• Assist in creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation such as user guides, release notes, FAQs, deployment notes, and product updates
• Follow documentation templates, style guides, and internal standards to ensure consistency and quality
• Update existing documentation based on product changes, customer feedback, and release cycles
• Support documentation activities in Agile workflows, including sprint-based updates and release documentation
